I'm Steve Latham, founder of Latham Legal & Advisory. With over two decades as a franchise and corporate and commercial lawyer - including over 12 years as a partner at RedeMont (previously MinterEllison Gold Coast) and prior to that 10 or so years at Page Seager - I work with clients to deliver smart, strategic, and insightful legal and strategic advice.
I am easy to deal with, but I’m also a proactive, strategic thinker who tries to look around corners and loves to think outside the square.
I have advised over 50 start-up franchisors and now act for some of the biggest franchisors in Australia many of whom I have helped to expand into various overseas markets.
My experience spans most industry sectors but I have a particular focus on the health and fitness and sports and entertainment sectors.
